Shipping Policy

Individual gift items: flat rate shipping is offered at a rate of $5 per order with an additional $2 charged for every extra item. 

Gift Boxes: flat rate shipping is offered at a rate of $10 per order with an additional $10 charged for every extra box ordered.

Items will be shipped within five business days. We aim to ship items as soon as possible.

All orders placed via our website ship within the United States only. Please contact us with about international shipping and we will be happy to provide a quote.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual gift items: any unused, unopened, non-food items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Food items, including beverage items, are not returnable, unless the order is has damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Gift boxes: gift boxes containing food, including beverage items, cannot be returned. Gift boxes containing exclusively non-food items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

The original shipping charges are non-refundable. The shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To start a return, please email us and we will send return instructions, as well as a shipping label.
